Account Executive, Digital Marketing / Campaign Management - Sydney

You will get the chance to assist high profile global businesses deploy effective digital marketing campaigns, capture valuable customer insight and subsequently develop meaningful relationships with their customers. For a strong self-starter, this is a great opportunity to learn new skills and develop as part of a growing team working with blue chip international clients.

 

Working as part of a dynamic account management team the Account Executive will train and support clients in the use of our software and management of their customer data; carry out monthly reporting and account analysis and assist with the development of client accounts to ensure their satisfaction and ultimately revenue growth.

This exciting role comes with the following responsibilities:

  • Train and support clients in using our software to deploy marketing campaigns
  • Set up and manage digital marketing campaigns using our software
  • Ability to communicate the features and benefits of software to clients
  • Creating and analyzing campaign reporting and customer profiles
  • Managing client accounts in order to develop strong relationships and increase revenue
  • Ability to clearly understand client digital marketing requirements and work with the team to implement effective campaigns
  • Understanding of relationship marketing and how digital media can play a critical role
  • Utilising technology in a creative way to devise effective marketing solutions

 

The successful candidate will have some or all of the following skills and qualities:

  • Proactive and responsible with excellent attention to detail
  • Good presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Understanding of digital marketing via email, mobile and web
  • Able to grasp technical and data concepts, and understand how to combine these to create a successful marketing campaign
  • Familiarity with HTML programming
  • Able to work to deadlines and under pressure, whilst managing client expectations
  • Excel skills required; data manipulation skills an advantage
